  • What is pilingpallet? pilingpallet is a premium brand owned by S&A NextLvl Solutions Kft. We provide specialized “Virtual Balance Beam Stacking” gaming packages—standardized digital asset bundles designed for physics-based entertainment.
  • Is this a subscription service? No. Every purchase is a one-time transaction for a specific digital package. There are no recurring fees or hidden maintenance costs.

2. Ordering & Delivery

  • How do I receive my package? Our products are 100% virtual. Upon successful payment confirmation via Stripe, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation screen. A backup link and receipt will also be sent to your email immediately.
  • What if the download link doesn’t arrive? First, please check your “Spam” folder. If you haven’t received it within 10 minutes, contact beam@pilingpallet.com. We guarantee a manual link resend within 24 business hours.
  • Are the files compatible with my device? Our packages are optimized for standard modern web browsers and common operating systems. Please review the technical requirements on the product page before purchasing, as we cannot issue refunds for hardware incompatibility.

3. Payments & Security

  • Is my payment secure? Yes. All transactions are processed via Stripe, utilizing industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
  • What currency will I be charged in? As a Hungarian-based entity, our primary currency is Euro (EUR). All prices are inclusive of applicable EU VAT where required by law.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Can I request a refund? Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day “right of withdrawal” is waived for digital content once the performance (download/delivery) has commenced. Since our delivery is instant, all sales are final.
  • What if the file is defective? If the digital file is corrupted or non-functional, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement version. Refunds are only granted if the technical defect cannot be rectified by our team.

5. Legal & Copyright

  • Can I resell the assets? No. Your purchase grants you a Limited, Non-Commercial License for personal entertainment. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of S&A NextLvl Solutions Kft. Redistribution, commercial use, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
