Due to the digital nature of our products, which are delivered instantly via internet download, the following policy applies in strict accordance with Hungarian and European Union Consumer Laws.

1. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (Mandatory Disclosure)

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day “right of withdrawal” does not apply to digital content provided on a non-tangible medium once the performance has begun.

  • Immediate Performance: By completing your purchase, you provide express consent for the immediate delivery of the digital content.
  • Final Sale: You acknowledge that once the download link is generated or dispatched to your email, you lose your legal right to a refund or cooling-off period.

2. Nature of Digital Assets

  • No “Change of Mind”: We do not issue refunds for subjective reasons, such as personal preference, aesthetic dissatisfaction, or a change of mind.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Stripe. While we process refunds immediately upon approval, bank processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days.

5. Fraud Prevention & Dispute Policy

S&A NextLvl Solutions Kft. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent chargebacks.

  • Evidence Logs: We retain digital logs of every delivery, including the recipient’s IP address, geographical location, and timestamp of the link generation.
  • Dispute Response: These logs are submitted to Stripe and the relevant banking institutions as definitive proof of fulfillment for any unjustified dispute claims.
