pilingpallet provides standardised, pre-made digital gaming assets.

  • Nature of Goods: All products are delivered as immediate-access virtual packages.
  • No Customization: We do not offer bespoke coding or custom development. All assets are sold “as-is” based on the standardized specifications displayed on the product page.
  • Finality: Each transaction is a one-time purchase with immediate fulfillment.

3. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Since our products are intangible digital assets, no physical shipping is required.

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful authorization of payment by Stripe, a download link will be generated on the confirmation page and concurrently sent to your registered email.
  • Proof of Fulfillment: Our internal server logs, which record the generation and timestamp of the download link, shall constitute definitive legal proof of delivery. By completing the purchase, the customer waives the right to claim non-delivery if our logs show a successful dispatch.

4. Mandatory Waiver of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal (14-day refund period) does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun.

  • Express Consent: By clicking “Pay” and accessing the digital download link, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract.
  • Loss of Right: You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to withdraw once the digital delivery has commenced.
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a verified technical defect in the file that pilingpallet cannot resolve.

The purchase of a package grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts in Hungary.
